Biggest POS company ever.

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

Sent the phones back afer one day of service and there warehouse recieved them 6 business days ago. The told me the refund would take 3-5 business days and now there saying the warehouse has not even checked the phones in after having them for 6 business days. The said it could be up to 30 days before I recieve my $450 refund. Knew I should of used my credit card instead of my debit card.

Anyone here know if I can dispute the charge at my bank in this case?

I had a similar issue with them. After two months, instead of getting my credit back on my card, I got a bill for $300. Fuck them.
