External Fuel Pump Wiring (Mustang)

Okay this is what i got:1990 lx 5.0

I bought a fuel system with a external pump that had factory style connector hooked up to it. I know its not the right way to run it, but I am having problems with it just staying on when key is on and flooding the engine.
Car had been stolen from me before. So I'm thinking some of the wiring could be hacked up. Inertia switch has two red wires(one w/black stripe) hooked to it but one is spliced with a wire going to fuel pump. Also some wires are chopped and spliced in the kick panel by the ECU. There's a black w/blue wire that's spliced with a green w/yellow wire and a red wire.

What I need to know or see pics of are how the wires are ran to the inertia switch and where the wire to the fuel pump is coming from. And what color are the fuel pump wires in the kick panel.
This car is starting to make me lose interest. Please help me out before I say "F@CK IT!" and part it out.

The green with yellow in the kick panel is the wire that goes back to your fuel pump. They jumped it to the red wire to supply key on power thus bypassing the relay for the fuel pump.

If I remember corectly that inertia switch is inline with the power wire for the fuel pump relay.
