If i dont need to have it cert. I not going to waste my time, I have 6 bottles, I am not going to go get all the re-cert when I can fill them at lukovich.

i guess i care if there are stress fractures and other problems with my bottles, i dont agree with your logic, its a safety reason for doing it, aluminum fatigues, its expands, contracts and is under very high pressure, shit happens, i personally would do all i could to make sure nothing happened

Yes, aluminum has no fatigue limit and is continually weakening everytime a force is exerted on it.

go to parker on 14mile, they are the cheapest and you dont need to cert em, we filled 2 bottles there yesterday and they are not certified...
