exhaust ideas??

ok so im getting my truck back from the shop after getting the head gaskets done on her. its a 2006 f-250 turbo diesel w/ 6.0. ive been looking at some exhaust systems and i was wondering if anyone knew if this was a good set up?

i know its not made from the best material but im just looking at something at a good price that will make it flow a little better.. after the 4500 dollar bill from the shop funds are a little tight. one question i had is the sound from the exhaust i know there will be a turbo sound to it and im ok with that but the thing im concerned with is, is there popping in the exhaust. im not a big fan of that. any advice will be very helpful. i know theres videos of it on the net but none with great sound that you can hear the true exhaust. again any advice would be great!!!
 
They don't pop like the 7.3 trucks, my truck has a open pipe with no muffler and it ends in front of the rear tire. Its not even that loud and I like the way it sounds. If your local to me I'll meet up and take ya for a ride in it if you want to hear how it sounds. lmk I live in Lincoln Park

that would be great. im not sure when i can make it out there. i live out in west Bloomfield so ill have to get with ya.
 
ya they are doing the rockers and lifters. the motors tend to have issues with then around 200000 miles. when they go bad it takes out the cam. that happens your fucked lol
