If I can ever convince my wife we need to move :lol: you will be my go to!

Are you offering anything for recreational type properties?(hunting type land) If wifey won't let me get a new house with more land maybe I can convince her I can get hunting land for much cheaper than moving. :)

Don't believe we have ever met Steve but I can imagine your excitement on taking off on your own. Congratulations and good luck. I think your timing is right on.

Really appreciate it. It’s beem a long road and something I wanted to do for years, but I had family to care for that need me more than a business. Now things are smoothing out, it was time.

My wife asks me "are you sure you didn't write that?". Same situation here, LOL.
