As far as Josh's car i don't know but hopefully some how he ca find out who and go from there..

not sure, maybe he figured that he'd be able to get someone to buy it quicker saying it had shit that it didn't instead of saying it was completely stock with 100,000 miles or whatever. The kid is obviously a little fuckin scammer that needs to get his ass beat and pay back for the shit he's caused you, blackbird, and whoever else he's pulled this shit on.

That sucks Derrick. I had Dave bring me this shortblock to my house, I checked it out and could tell just by looking at the cylinder walls it was run for more then a hour. I mean the fucker had signs of rust on top of the bores. Me and my dad took off a Rod cap to check the bearings and they looked alright, pistons seemed to be ok aswell, I was told he had TRW's... The only reason I wanted the shortblock (Quick Nitrous motor untill mine got done) I passed when I noticed the pistons and the condition of the engine. I will say this Dave told me the same thing he said to you.

He just left a message on the answering maching in 8g the room i was running yesterday which is where i called him from.

He once again in the message said the motor was only run on a "run stand" that it has no in car time and only run was for break-in.. I wish i could find a way to save the message and transfer it from the machine to here as a sound file.. but being its a work machine i am under contract that i cannot tamper with them so if i take the tape out i can get fired..

I'd perfer he come on here and deal with this so there is proof of what is being said ..

I have a feeling he keeps tring to do this thru phone calls and what not so theres no written record of whats being said..

Talked to him on the phone.. as he did call. We talked about whats to happen and about the motors back ground alittle more..

He said he will make some calls tomorrow as will I. I keep those updated on a need to know basis from here on out.
 
He just appeared and Came over my house and tried to clear some things up. He is going to call Derrick. Everyone please stop calling him. He cleared himself with me. Those who threatened him please back off and cool off. Soon he will be back on here to clear his name. I told him that is a must.

Why not keep the info up UNTIL he comes on here ? He can get to a computer and within a couple of keystrokes clear his name.
