Estate Sale everything must go ASAP

My husband has terminal cancer and we are selling everything in the garage and some items in the shed (Harley) and the house too.
I know the weather is getting cold out and I don't have an exact date yet but I can list alot of the items here if you want.
2 arc welders
1 MIG welder
1 PLasma cutter
drill press
backhoe for a Kubata tractor (never used)
8.1 engine on an engine stand (never finished)
a set of headers for a 67' camaro big block
torpedo kerosene heater for a garage
brand new cherry picker never used
20 ton press never used
some tools
in the house we have a new computer that he was building (not finished)
6 of those old planes that his Dad used to fly
pressure washer
supercharger for the 8.1L engine in the garage
That Big Red CK 6500 truck with stacks and runs on propane

Not looking to get "rich" off everything but need it all gone quickly!

thank you. All we have is time, so we are enjoying what "time" we have left together. We have been together almost 11 years but just married on November 5th. (its bittersweet) Cancer sucks. Its in his bones and no cure.

he currently has the Fentanyl patch on and it works really good now that have the right dosage. He has other pills for "breakthrough pain". he did 5 radiation treatments to his lower back (where its at) for the pain and to slow its progression. He doesn't want chemo or any other tests. He said he just wants to enjoy the time he has left as much as possible and he asked me about hospice because I am a CNA too and I said "we are not there yet" so we are enjoying everyday as much as we can.
