I'm not using the Equifax offered stuff, if you do, you can't sue for damages, including class actions, at a later date, just use a third party credit monitoring/security service

I'm already under "credit protection" due to the government data/information breach a year ago, I'll ride it out and see what the class action suits look like coming out of this.

I think you mean the lawyers would get $1.98 and you would get $.02.

My wife went to their site where you put in your info and they tell you if your data was affected. Hers came back "yes".
Mine came back "no".
