How wide are the inside of them? Is 8' normal? 6ft between the wheel tubs/ humps? I measured my stang and it seems to be able to fit....just wondered how it works out for other people?

I think it's very close to 8'. My golf cart barely fits in the 8' bed of the truck, and also barely fits sideways in the trailer.
