Plus it seems like Mr. Reserve is the one who called the police. They show up to help the guy and he cops an attitude like that. Again I say fuck him.

I think if you have to wait 45 minutes for a cop to show up you should be annoyed. the cop didn't like being questioned (because like a lot of police officers they think they should never be questioned by anyone), so the cop assaulted this guy just for being rude. the guy made no physical movement toward the cop, he just ran his mouth. if somebody on the street ran their mouth to you and you assaulted them, you would go to jail. Same should apply to cops.

It's not illegal to be rude by any means but if the LEO feels that a situation is escalating and could potentially turn physical then he needs to deescalate and take control of the situation.

So cops should just be able to around beating people because they "feel" like it right? Give me a break.
