Smarter than a Nest. Touchscreen interface with iOS/Apple Watch/Android apps. It has a remote sensor that you can place in other rooms to maintain temperature in places other than the hallway where the thermostat is mounted.
I bought it from Amazon and by the time I figured out that it wasn't compatible with my Bryant Evolution furnace it was beyond the return window. It's brand new in box, only taken out once to look at the installation manual.
I paid $250. I'd like $230. Located in Farmington Hills.
