If a 2013 Ford Interceptor Model P2M, AWD, has a 3.5L engine
in it, does that mean it is the “eco-boost” motor?

Can't tell from the way info you give. There was a 3.5L Cyclone and 3.5L Ecoboost.....same as in the SHO. Both were offered with AWD.

Hmmm, thats what I was afraid of.

There are a pretty good amount of those interceptor cars out there most of them are N/A.
