East Lansing, I-69, and Homeland Security?

My buddy is on the e-way, said it's completely shut down and H.S. is EVERYWHERE. Any ideas?

A semi-truck crash shuts down part of Eastbound Interstate 69 in Shiawassee County.

Eastbound I-69 is closed near State Road in Perry. MDOT expects the closure to last for most of the day.

MDOT says the truck lost its load of engine blocks around 6:30 a.m. Thursday. Much of the load fell into the Looking Glass River.

MDOT has bridge repair work going on in the area. The interstate was down to one lane because of the repair work.

No other vehicles were involved and no one was hurt, according to MDOT.
