i need fasteners for my fox mustang for the hood i need everything to mount

now ive never had these before are they adjustable for the wholes that are in the hood or no?

Not adjustable. You need to measure, then drill and rivet the plate onto the fenders. Then rivet the cross bar onto the plate. I suggest measuring multiple times.
