Dyno vid of my car

After a million little issues I was finally able to get my car running 100%. Its a 95 Cobra with a built 347 and all the normal upgrades.

Thanks to Greg Powrie, Duke (Joe), and Alternative Auto.

Here's the dyno vid:

It put down 411hp/395tq, which IMO isnt bad for a pump gas 347 with no power adders. :icon_psyc

I tried to stay local with as much stuff as I could, to support the local economy. The longblock was assembled locally by Champion Performance, the heads/cam were bought from Jay Allen (camshaft innovations) out of Saline, and the pistons are Diamond.

In Lidio's opinion it wouldnt have picked up more than 5-10hp and its dead safe. I do drive it hard and will drive it in the heat. Plus I go to the road course a couple times a year, so it'll see alot of high rpm driving.

At peak hp rpm its ~ 12.2 a/f, so I dont think it's killing power TOO much. It might have made 420rwhp if it was closer to 13:1, but I just want it to live for a long time. Its been down for 2.5 yrs, so I am a little gun-shy. :)

I can always play with the fuel pressure at the track if I want to, but I dont want to have to worry about breaking anything.

Oh I know, I asked him about it.

I probably will end up leaning it out maybe next year after some break-in miles and a couple track days to see how much power it picks up.
