Dumpster stink

My workplace shares a driveway with a large food bank. They put their two dumpsters next to the driveway we share, so in the summer they stink. No one in their management will do anything about it, and neither will mine. Our building is east of the dumpsters so the winds blows it our way. Both management offices are opposite side of the building where the dumpsters are located, so they don't care. Anything I can suggest they spray on it to help with the odor? (They were way more concerned when I asked if their employee smoking area was in our driveway, which is out of view of their security cameras.)
