Drum pictures !!!!

The kit is sort of beat up. It needs new heads and the snare is very flat sounding. I am gonna be rehardwaring it sometime soon. It does play but the bass drum pedal is a joke and I have no Throne. But if you wanna come out and jam on it let me know or I can pack a light rig for a motown jam somewhere else.

I am down for anything, I have to see what happens with this interview tomorrow before I can set solid plans. I also don't mind bringing some of my gear to your place for a Jam session. All my stuff is relatively east to move, I would only bring what is needed for my comfort :D

If we can find another person or two to twang away we will be set..:cheers:
 
Firm up your schedule and we can setup a MM jam at my place. We can start a thread in the pub about it.

If Boomer can't or can, I might be interested. I can also bring my double bass pedal and my dinky throne and snare drum. I wuold bring my hi-hats and stand also to work with my pedal and other cymbals if need be.
 
Foo fighters, Queens of the stone age, Rage against the machine, Deftones, Nirvana, I can hack through Tool, and other stuff :lol:
 
I want to jam, but you guys would prolly tell me to knock it off you are being annoying! I can jam ok, i cant solo for shit. but i have always wanted to jam with a bass and some drums. ill try to get some videos of just some random jams.
 
Hey man it dont matter, no one is perfect. I could care less what you play when you jam. I can usually pull some pretty decent stuff out of my ass, yes, dildos, cucumbers, and whatever gay thing you can think of insert here (or in my ass) when people are jamming.

I can pretty much wing everything. I have been working on TOOL a lot lately, Journey, Rush , Zeppelin and The Who. I play about an hour a day right now just getting the feel back, I have not really played in over 2 years so I am still rusty. I am going practice my rudiments, my rhythm is fine , my fills are horrible but it will come back to me.
 
I have been playing Ramble on quiet a bit lately. Also screwing around with the wanton song and well 80's metal and hard rock bass lines. 3-5 chords roots played in 1/8 notes at about 100-140bpm pretty much sums that up.

But I am totally down for a jam session.

dirtybird you should come. Even if you feel outgunned Either A you may learn something or B we may learn something or C you are better then you think you are.

Either way everybody respects a guy who works hard and does his best.

I didn't say I was a star, I can play a lot of the stuff from the bands I mentioned however I have to refine parts. Plus with my nerves I would probably perform horrible my first sitting. I feel like a pussy playing, I will have to rebuild my nerves.

Also, since I will not know about this job for 2-3 weeks I am open for anything if someone would like to make some plans and maybe have options for time so we can all collaborate. Maybe even try to figure a play list so we can have stuff to work on and be more comfortable.
 
Going in empty minded isn't the way to go. I've done that more than enough times to know it sucks ass. :lol: Anyone up for anything this weekend? I might be able to do something.
 
I might be on saturday evening. I do not have anything planned as of yet.
