i have a 91 mustang lx project im doing... im wondering what size radials will fit better 275/50/15 or 275/60/15?? the wheel well lips have been rolled already and im using weld rims.

i hear different stuff from different people....no one will really be in the back but my kids so i shouldnt have to worry about rubbing to much, id like to go with a 275/60/15

long as you have the right backspacing on the rim you shouldnt have any problems

i cant believe no one else has input on this..do a search on corral they are a lil more knowledgeable

ill measure it when i get home tonite, hopefully i have 5.5 backspacing...if its a 4.5 anyone know the biggest slick or radial i can stuff in there??

Anything 26 inch height as long as teh car isn't lowered. If your lowered its gonna rub on just about anything you try to use. if you go 255 you'll have a little more clearance, but it's not gonna look right/best.

thanks....its not lowered so i should be good

the whhel lips are beaten and rolled already....the car looks like shit, ill post pics after paint lol

It's not the wheel lips you need to beat. You need a mini sledge, or a full size sledge hammer and spend a few hours smashing the inner wheel wells in.
