drag radial size

i have a 91 mustang lx project im doing... im wondering what size radials will fit better 275/50/15 or 275/60/15?? the wheel well lips have been rolled already and im using weld rims.

i hear different stuff from different people....no one will really be in the back but my kids so i shouldnt have to worry about rubbing to much, id like to go with a 275/60/15

long as you have the right backspacing on the rim you shouldnt have any problems

if i recall correctly the usually is 5.5?

If it's a 4.5 it won't work. The tire will hit the wheel lip. a 5.5 will work all day with some beating and massaging with a 275 60. That's only a 28 10 tire, and guys use them all the time.

x2. If it's an 8" wheel, use a 5.5" backspacing.

Anything 26 inch height as long as teh car isn't lowered. If your lowered its gonna rub on just about anything you try to use. if you go 255 you'll have a little more clearance, but it's not gonna look right/best.

275 60 15 all teh way...it will fill the wheel well, and look great. Just be ready to fit remove beat and fit..till they work! and BTW pics of the car and wheel.

It's not the wheel lips you need to beat. You need a mini sledge, or a full size sledge hammer and spend a few hours smashing the inner wheel wells in.
