just installed the rear drag launch on my notch and the back end seems to be sitting really high. just wondering if this is normal. does it have to break in to lower the height a bit or do i need to cut a coil out? any help is appreciated thx.
thx i will drive it before cutting it. i just find it hard to get used to going from lowering springs to drag launch lmao. but i will defiently try the break in process first. thx again guys.
you don't really set the height. with the componant loose tighten it while setting on the tires or set it on jack stands under the axle. Its doesn't affect height alot but saves the bushings
Yeah, a buddy of mine put lowering springs on his car. He couldn't figure out when he took the jack out, why the car was higher then before. After some head scratching he gave me a call and step by step told me how he installed the springs. Come to find out he tightened the control arms with the rear end hanging. after we got it sorted it was sitting good.
I think Eibach's drag launch springs are supposed to drop your car about
1/2". But if your swapping out lowering springs, your car will probably raise up a little.
