Double Din touchscreen radio

Looking for something for my Silverado. Something similar to like a Pioneer Avic-D3 or something. Looking for DVD,NAV,Sirius,Ipod without the flipout screen. Just something stationary

Most of the stuff you need to add nav and such can be grabbed of ebay cheap
