Well your opinion has always ranked very high with me so that's sad to hear...haha okay maybe not.

You're the one telling us all about a blower kit, tune, tires, etc to goes low 13's. It doesn't matter what you do it in, when you're at the track, it's still a low 13-second car with more into than any other low 13 car at the track. If you like the grandma styling and all the other good things about it (forgive me if I can't provide examples but I really tried!) then it sounds like a great car.

He is looking for a FAMILY CAR. He can upgrade the performance if he feels the need. He isn't looking for a RACECAR!!!!

This car will give him:

1. Rear wheel drive
2. Loads of interior space<for the family>
3. V-8<very easy to upgrade>
4. Classic Big Body car styling

This is NO DIFFERENT then an Impala SS. You act as if it's a Grandma car. What is a the Impala to the Caprice?

Don't feel bad for me. I dish it out, so I have to take it, too. :cool: Nick, a few others, and I, have a LOVE/HATE relationship. I HATE them, they LOVE me. :D
 
BTW, i would roll in a Murauder any day.... always thought they was a gangster badass car since day 1. Sweetest part about the car is that you can make it sound like a mustang, a cobra at that.

Nothing very easy about modding those mod-motors...been down that road a time or five...and if he just wants it to be a family car, why would modding it even be a factor in the equation? Any mod is only going to make the car more unreliable which defeats the purpose...and nevermind that modding a car like that is kinda pointless to begin with because what are you going to do with new-found power? Merge onto the highway quicker on the way to bingo???

It's not my choice but I was giving my 2 cents cuz Al usually has pretty damn good taste...I just can't see the beauty in the beast in this scenario. But to each his own...you just need to pull the string trunk.
