I'm trying to change the brakes on my truck and being a 2wd the front rotors are bolted on. This thing is on there. My impact started crying i think and my breaker bar is nowhere strong enough for this bad boy.

any one wanna help me out?

:headscrat Use a half inch breaker bar with a half inch extension with a socket on the end of it, or a piece of pipe. If I can break my crank bolt loose you can break those loose lol.

EDIT- If your downriver my buddy has a snap on impact that will rip your arm clean off. I'm sure that will break it loose.

i wish it was like a crank bolt..

Yup, 400Nm if it is the newer body style F150 (Not the Heritage).
36mm right? Single use nut!

Maybe try to put a breaker bar on it, Then take slip a floor jack handle over the breaker bar for added leverage.

Make sure to use a craftsman breaker bar. (no questions asked warranty).

The jack handle is the #1 most used tool in my garage haha.

this thing is on there. ive tried everything i know to get it off. i need professional grade tools. doing this with 1/2" stuff doesnt seem like its gnna cut it..

400Nm is ~250lb/ft.. im bouncing up and down on the jack handle extended breaker bar with my 200lb self andf its not breaking loose../

your gonna have to soak down the threads with some PB or equivalent. your never gonna get that thing off unless you have an impact. Even so you need to work it. Loosen it a bit then run it back down. keep doing that and it will eventually come off
