Trans brake has nothing to do with engine timing. That article says it has "alternating cylinder deactivation".

They know what a two-step is. Some classes don't allow two-steps so they call it something else Just guessing.

Seems like all these things should make an at least 757hp car go real close to 9s, who would be sad about that
