I beleive its a Protecta brand. Fits 2006 Dodge Dakota Quad cab, but most certainly will fit other years. Turned in my dads lease, so I took this out.
Great condition, no tears are anything. Thick 3/8 inch heavy duty rubber. Weighs like 50 pounds or so. Thicks nobs on the bottom allow airflow and water drainage.
