This car is the first of its kind.....
It began life as a real Drag Pak Challenger (#049), but was converted into a street car - "Street Pak". Mike Pustelny of MPR (www.mprracecars.com) was the guy to build this car considering he is responsible for the Cobra Jet, Drag Pak and the COPO Camaro - building each for the respective OE's. With some subtle modifications and a Dealer Lic Plate, here is the end result.

This was the fist chassis dyno session with this combo, mainly to dial in the EFI. "The War Room" as its called is located behind Mike Clancy's, A-C Tire on Dixie Hwy in Waterford, MI. Its a Mustang Chassis dyno able to take 1k hp. Its available for tuning retals (24 623-6900, (www.warroomdyno.com).

Mr. Fischer, owner of Suburban Collection (dealerships), commisioned Mike to build this car. It has a swing out access cage, larger fuel cell, posi rear (vs. spool), exhaust w/muffler to the rear end and some other goodies.
This car has a Jeff Taylor 6.1 "Street" Hemi with a Joel's 727 Torqueflite. Strange Engineering Shocks/Struts all around and 295/65r15 M/T Drag Radials

First couple of shots made 412-418hp at the rear wheels.....probably alot more in it.

Wow, is that cool! I'm a Challenger Drag Pac fan. That solid white body says factory racer. I never knew about that dyno in Watertucky. Looks nice!
