nvm guys we kinda jumped to conclusions with it because it had no oil pressure and was knocking pretty bad so i changed the oil in it a couple minutes ago and its good as new lol i feel pretty dumb now

keep a close eye on it, I have seen quite a few spin a main and drop oil pressure intermittently

well heres what its doing, start it and it has good oil pressure and everything is fine then in a couple minutes in drops oil pressure and starts ticking so oil pump maybe

my uncle went through an oil pump on his, it did the same thing. never had any problems with my 70 block but i've heard it alot with those magnums

I have seen the magnums plug the oil pickup with slug/carbon
