Looks like a ship scrap yard over in India. They run them up on the beach at high tide and strip them down during low.

Ding ding ding, It's called ship breaking and its a pretty nasty 3rd world job. Lots of people seriously injured and killed in the dismantling of these freighters. I remember that if you look on Google earth at this beach you can see a bunch of beached ships.
