even sadder theres worse areas in Flint

Josh, that was a great read. Heartbreaking, but great. There is definitely a lost generation of people in Detroit right now. I hope somebody comes up with an answer, because I agree, they don't even think it is a crime. They think they are just getting by.

That video is sad. To think that someone, at some time, viewed that as their dream home...and to see it like that now...devastating. It's also sad to see the people who obviously still care about their places - well groomed lawns, painted siding, etc. All in the midst of utter ruin.

My grandparents lived in Detroit for as long as they could. They had a beautiful home. They moved out about 30 years ago when they just got tired of hearing gun shots every night.

The real shame is the neighborhoods that still looks decent, but are surrounded by scenes that look like you are standing in the movie "I am legend"

When my kid attended Wayne they got alerts on their phone for robbery's every day alerting them.... they said around sun set it would get active....
I talk with a friend of mine that wks for the attorney generals office in gaming..... they said if the public knew how many crimes/robbery's happened at the casinos no one would go... Active News black out for all Casino Crime.

Thats crazy, I was on that block of Parkway 4 days ago and around the block from 28th 5 days ago. It makes me wonder how many bodies I drive by every week without knowing it.
