Thanks for taking the time to give me some info/advise. I'll be hitting you up this Winter for sure. :)
 
Dude's a class act. He just finished doing some work for me on a friend's car. From a customer's standpoint, he's one of the most organized and professional people I've dealt with in this industry. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

He always responed to emails promptly, provided a detailed invoice before trans was assembly (and the final price was the same, no surprises), meet the deadline he told me, also answered his phone when I called. I will go back to Rich again for sure.
 
Yes Rich is a class a guy helped me out few time's. Good guy to work with and quick with replies and his work.
 
He just finished up my C4. He was extremely helpful and almost overly knowledgable lol. Very fast service also!

100% agree..GREAT commuication ..i came all the way from lansing to have him to my trans for my supercharged silverado SS. i ened up going over my budget..but he found me a better deal on some NICER parts then what i was planning on so it was a no brainer not to setup up...and also GREAT turn around time!!

x4. Very quality work at a fair price. Turn around time for me was stupid fast, I think it was 2-3 days for a entire rebuild. I also got a good two hour lesson on what all the parts are in my transmission and what they do. When I picked my transmission up I got a sheet of every single part that went into it, down to the stuff under $1. This was very nice as I saw exactly how much of my money went to parts VS labor, and it couldn't have been a more fair ratio.

I walked into his shop and his guys were standing there and I said "Are you Rich?" and his guys said "If I was I wouldn't be here" :lol:
Rich is good people!
 
Rich has been doing my transmissions for 10 years and I have never been let down. Great guy to deal with and knows his stuff.
 
Thanks for lunch yesterday Rich. Mike said I could have the rest of his shrip fried rice from the night before. My mouth was on fire. It was awesome. Mike says thank you again. Marc
