Detroit as it is today

well, the facts in the video were for detroit itself, not metro detroit. that city can burn to the ground for all I care. Its full of idiots and ran by idiots. Even GM is moving out of the Rencen because theyve realized it.

Be careful and just think about it there wasnt any suburb when Detroit was founded, and almost everyone within a Metro Detroit Area Suburb got to live there because of Direct or indirect Income from Inside of Detroit. And if it burned to the ground, well without Detroit being there with housing and jobs for the people that live there they may end up on your doorstep to rob your ass:scared:

The facts in Detroit were skewed a little bit... A LOT of people make a living in this city that spend money all over the tri-county... Including the company you work for...
 
I don't care about the political crap, cause sitting here arguing about how Detroit got to where it is today isn't going to do anything. It's sad what the city has become, and hopefully there is some sort of turn-a-round for it.

Agreed because you need Strong Major Inner Cities if you expect the Surronding Suburbs to Flourish
 
You cannot change the City of Detroit, until you change the mentality behind it.
Detroit has an entitlement mentality. People believe they are owed something more than a paycheck for work performed. Unfortaunately, reality is quite different.


ALSO:
Union workers that voted for Obama, should pay careful attention to the "Cadillac Health Insurance" tax of 40% that the new obamacare bill includes. Since the UAW didn't vote for concessions, the Federal Government is now going to penalize you for having "cadillac health care".

and the real reason detroit is in the shitter is due to many reason.. it dosent help that there are too many misfits and lazy fucks that ride the coat tails of honest hard working people and expect to get a gov. check twice a month/pay for all of their children (even when they show no signs of support)/ expect to drive a caddy or some other outrageously priced vehicle for not having a job amongst many other stupid beliefs and ideas they have.

the really sad part is since the housing market is in the shitter and houses are cheap there is a ton of fucking asshole trash moving into my neighborhood and it makes me sick/scared.... also the reason i purchased a handgun.
