Dell TV Tuner Help

I got a Dell USB TV Tuner from my cousin, but no software. I cannot find any drivers that seem to work for XP, or maybe I am doing something wrong? Part # is UW121. Anyone got any ideas on what my problem is?? Doesn't do anything except say that it was unable to successfully install.

The easy way is if you have the machine info that it came out of.You can go to dells site and type the serial info in and all drivers will show up for that PC.

I used the link to go to dells website to download the driver, but all it does is download some dell download manager and no drivers. Plus my laptop won't open the application that is downloads.
