Deadliest Catch

All the seasons are interesting. I love those guys. This is good reality TV. I have my DVR set. Sig on the Northwestern is my favorite captain.

I can't stand him, I like him better than Keith, but I still would be tempted to throw him overboard.
Sux Captain Phil is gone.
I was surprised they didnt have a dedication or anything, do they really think people that watch the show don't already know?

They really alluded to it, especially during the opening, but I don't think he died until after King Crab season, so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to talk about it in depth yet on the show. I'm sure they will spend a lot of time covering it, from the stuff leading up to it, to the effects on all the guys in the fleet. I just hope that Jake was back on the CM before it happened. He's a cocky little bastard, but he doesn't deserve to be gone when his dad died.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

I did notice the focus on Phil during the intro, I was just expecting a "In memory of" at the beginning of the closing credits.

I know Phil was in the hospital for a while before he died, so i'm betting Josh was with his dad when he passed.

It wont be the same without Phil, he was the only one that wasnt a bastard.
The Time Bandit brothers seem alright to me.

It feels strange talking about people I don't know at all like I know them personally

Did anybody notice that Andy asked Russ if he was still working with Keith on the Wizard. Nope, I wonder why they let him go. hmmm
