I arrived nice and early and checked into Western 7. I didn't take any photos yet of the cockpit that were close, but I was able to go back in and play around later and snapped some photos. Here is what I got with a few other groups while they were in there:
Then I went back in to have my fun, and teach others how to use the systems. I'll start off with the CDU as everyone loves. Its fully functional, and very fun to use:

There is a bank of super computers (ha) running this system. Here is a look at it all for the people considering building one:
The training is so indepth, that they actually do oxygen training, and here is the supply:
Just for the sake of it, I found a nice little LED to try macro mode on, right up to it, and this is what I got:
After that, I had awhile before my next class, so I travelled around WMU and snapped some photos of other stuff we have.
Northwest Airlines 747 Flight Engineers Panel:
P&W J95 engine I think from the 747:
From the last photo, you can see how much of the air from the N1 fan is bypassed over the engine and not use in the internal combustion.
Inside a Seminole:
Ya, we have a lot of Cirrus'. And that doesnt include the ones which are flying and in the other hangers.
Inside the Extra 300L:
