I hear ya. I spent today on the phone with both medical and dental insurance companies and still couldn't get a straight answer :faint:

they are gonna raise my deductable 500 a year. if I don't take what appears to be a weekly diabetes class. I have had insurance since march and they still won't pay a dime for any diabetic related items
