Yeah, my arm hasn't hurt in a while. Not since the doctor raised the nerve medicine a while back.

My it is a good sign that it is hurting, because I can feel the pain...so maybe my back is getting better :lol:

I go back to the doc at the end of the month. I was hoping to get off this damn medicine, because I think it is making me gain weight. I CAN'T win!


Damn am I bitchy today :roll:

Try some melatonin...seems to be almost the only thing that helps me sleep. The doctor has tried 2 different sleep medicines on top of my pain medicine and I still can't sleep.

valerian root works too but too much of either will make you tired the next day
 
I have to force myself to stay up until 11pm at night or Im up at 4am too and cant get back to sleep.

for some reason 6 hours a night is all my body requires..idk..

I cant wait until I get back to work so I can sleep through the night again

seems my dogs have no troubles going to sleep everynight at the same time and sleeping through the night.
they are asleep already!
