Dammit, still can't sleep!!!!

My first post in either of the I cant sleep threads after a day of roller coastin in cedar point..:rockwoot: Good nights sleep and hopefully get a huge jump on my car tomorrow.:_slide_:
 
so yeah; my weekend was sweet...:icon_frow

My insurance is not active yet at my place of work, not enough time in yet. So I kinda kept putting off going to the docs all week even though I was feeling pretty shitty for most of the week.

Just starting out with a headache then turning into upper back pain, neck pain and the worst headache I think I've ever felt and finally a sore throat on Saturday night\Sunday morn.

Went to a long time friends wedding Saturday and made it to the reception only to almost pass the fuck out at the table an hour into it.

So I left early, went home, took a ton of motrin and passed out. I woke up a few hrs later in a cold sweat feeling sick as fuck, so I called my G\F and had here take me to the hospital.

They say wtf why didn't you come in earlier you have strep and a 104 temp fever.. I told the nurse I didn't have insurance and she proceeded to lecture me on how my life is more important than a hospital bill .. :dunno:


Ended up paying 280 bucks for the lil visit, 120 in "extras" cuz I got I.V. antibiotics and then only 15 bucks to fill my script of amoxicillin.

I've had to take that last two days off work cuz I still haven't totally kick this yet. I've lost 15 lbs in two days cuz I can't swallow anything normal so I haven't ate anything besides apple sauce for two days. I've been waking up in cold sweats the past two days completely soaked and freezing.

Alot better than yours, it sounds like :eek:

Put some miles on the car.. it adds up when you can't decide between woodward and gratiot and you keep going back and forth... :shake: :lol:

Then I went to watch some racing, but the day I went, it was mostly a bunch of cars with gigantic wheels trying to race and looking like they were gonna bounce right off the road... and one lonely V6 stang racing no one but himself... back and forth... at least 30 times... :roll:

Wow. That sucks man. Got the 8.8 all bolted in and the manual rack installed. Plus got the quarter windows in. See's no rolling on 5-Lug! :rockwoot:
 
Strep throat sucks.

Just drink vinegar. Clears all of those puscules out of the back of your throat. I did that and it worked wonders.
