NyQuil usually does it for me.
XanaxThis is yet another night of waking up at 330 AM and not being able to go back to sleep. I'm getting desperate here...anyone else go through this? I stay away from caffine for the most part, and for sure no caffine after noon, go to bed between 9:30 & 10 PM, exercise 3 or 4 days a week. Tried lavender, the BiPAP, Benadryl. Open to options. Getting to sleep isn't difficult, staying asleep is. I have a doctor's app't Tuesday to discuss this issue. I'm soooo friggin tired.....:icon_psyc
