sure was,the last weekend we had the car out we ran joel spray 2 spray n we spun for like 60 feet n he only beat us by a car if that:rockwoot:

true street was a blast.30 mile cruise then run 3 passes back to back,then they take your average. i ran an average of 13.02 won 13 second class got 100dollars and a plaque.gonna do it next year on spray.

Not only did a head gasket go on that car but the owner told me that that 302 had stock heads on it. Looks like old school iron GT-40's to me. and he had to run the spray against my motor if we raced. Don't ya just love it Randy!

yep, it is an iron headed 302 with a lil laughen gas

arnt gt40 a stock head? sure isnt a head to brag about.i dont rember asking my spry to your motor. i just wanted to run the car.i didnt know if u had spray or not,didnt realy matter.wasnt anymoney on the line.

Ok. You are right. GT-40's are a stock Ford head. They came on the 93 Cobra's. When sombody says they have a stock head I think of the casting that Ford used on all passenger cars and trucks. As far as them not being able to brag about, a good flowing GT-40 head can put a 3,000 Mustang with a 302 down the 1/4 mile in the mid eleven's. That is pretty good. As far as you not being able to remember your spray to my motor, that is why I was not pushing to run you. Money on the line or not, it matters to me when I get my ass handed to me running on motor against somebody on spray. I have never had nitrous on my car. I asked you if you had to spray and you said "yah because I got stock heads on my car and you have GT-40's". Well, I have the mass produced stock heads and you have the GT-40's and the bottle. I am not trying to start a war, just trying to clear things up about what I heard.
