Story time folks so get the popcorn.
Now me and my roommate wanted to get another person in our house so that the payment would be cheaper and we would have more money to ourselfs to do whatever with. So my "buddy" moves in and lives here for 8months with no problem. He lost his job and couldnt make is rent payment for the past 2 months now. And all hes doing is sitting at home waiting for a job to fall into his lap. We and my other roomie had enought and told him either you get the past due amount toghter or your out(we gave him a week) Needless to say he didnt get it so we had to boot him. Everyone left on bad terms and the person we had living with us took his stuff (what stuff he could fit into his car) and left.
Now a few weeks pass by and we tell him he needs to pick up his stuff or were goin to toss it, few days after he got that message he broke into my house from his window took his stuff that was left from his room then went downstair to my other roomates room and stole like $2400 worth of stuff. We know it was him because we had witness that said it was him. They even talked to him and he said "oh im just moving the rest of my stuff out". Yeah he did along with stuff that wasnt his. Also only his stuff and my roomies stuff was done (he lives downstairs) mine was untouched. So we call the police and do the police report, well some reason the cop didnt really care about it and he was probably here for like 15min. Threw us a police report number and said have a nice day. We gave him the plate number he had on his car and everything.
i hope they find him or i find him. yeah i have insurance and stuff but hell its a large deductable. Well thanks for the rant space.
