Custom tuning in the Detroit area - 2005 Mustang GT

Hello all. I have a 2005 Mustang GT 4.6 3-valve with a whole bunch of mods. I have listed most of them below. Anyone have any good suggestions for custom tuning? I am familiar with Livernois and Alternative Auto but have never had them do any work. Anyone have any feedback for them or any suggestions for another shop?

Ford Racing twin 62mm throttle body
Comp Cams Mutha Thumpr Cams
Steeda undredrive pulleys
BBK long-tube headers
BBK off-road x-pipe
Flowmaster mufflers
 
Alternative or livernoise, they are the best in the are for those cars. You will be very happy with either
 
Definitely a +1 for livernois. I have dealt with them several times and they also did a good job tuning my 402LS2 in my formula a few years back.
