Custom rollbar covers?

I'm looking for custom rollbar covers, not so much for cushion but more to prevent scuffs and scratches on bars getting in and out. I have not seen many examples but I've heard it has been done. Vinyl or leather with Velcro. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had my mom sew up some covers for over the padding. They hook with velcro. If you know anybody that sews, they're simple to make, come off easily to work on the car, and can be tossed in the wash.
