Custom playhouse/shed

My subdivision said my playhouse/shed has to go. I built this for my son to have a playhouse and store his bikes and toys. The outside dimensions are 6' x 6' and to the top of the peak is 9'. It's built on a wolvanized(sp) or what is legal now base so if your interested I can load it on a open trailer and delivery it with your help. It has a small door in front for the kids but a bigger access door in the back to fit a lawn mower or whatever. It costs me $900 in materials so if I can get $300 I would be happy but make an offer because it has to go.

Belleville, 48111

Are you interested?

Belleville is a haul since I am in Roseville. I was thinking of getting one of those plastic ones from Home Depot to help clear out the home stuff.

First they are going to take me to court, make me pay for court fees and fine me. Then if it's still there make me pay for some else to remove it. Yeah it's a bitch.

moneypit, it's heavy as hell. All solid with way too mnay 2 x 4's, 4 sheets of t111, 3/4 plywood base, plywood roof and shingles. I'm thinking six guys to move it on the trailer. It is way over built.

I'd tell em to get bent, if you never signed a contract with em they can't do a damn thing - it's not like they have any sort of juristiction in the area with their own police force :) You pay the loan and you pay the taxes, until they start chipping in - my feeling is they can mind their own damn business :icon_mrgr

Oh, and goodluck with the sale, looks like it was built well... Matches in with everything else in the area!

The problem is association fees are disclosed at purchase and were there before he bought the place, now if the association is started after you move in tell them to get lost before you start shooting

Reason number 1 to not move into a sub with a Neighborhood association...unless it's the one Raj is the president of:lol:

How big is the opening on the largest door way?
Looks to be about 30" wide and maybe 60" high?
Thanks,
Josh

Yes, roughly 29 x 59. Big enough for a wheel barrel and normal lawn mower.

Rob,

A friend of mine is a lawyer (he lives in Belleville too), and he has experience in beating up on associations if you want to keep the shed. Let me know and I will pm you his info.
