Crown Vic Police Interceptor 17" High-Offset Wheels

I need a set of black steelies off a CVPI, the high-offset ones off the late model ones (I believe 05+?). Tires would be nice too, not necessary. Same with lug nuts. No center caps necessary, I have them from my old CVPI.
