i read it...ouch. dont see a price. its nice if you like that, but if anything breaks its gonna cost you. do you wanna ride it to work or just show it? polished aluminum needs constant care so it makes it not ideal as a rider. also the theory is that people polish the frame to cover cracks or welding repair so it "could" of been laid down before. a scratch will cost you big time too. cutsom paint is nice on a show bike.

I say it is a great bike
the money is already in it thats for sure
Who cares if he did lay it down, everything has been redone anyway.

If you have ridden a few bikes in your life, then I say get it
If you are buying this for a first bike, you will kill yourself in a week..
That is going to be FAST, and hard to control....

I bet that bike has at least 8k into it. Sounds like a fair price.
 
If you're worried about the frame, just bring a thickness tester.. i wouldn't buy the bike because of that big ass tire lol
