The opening is Bob Dugan - Clubbed to Death. Its also in Lativa... boardering Russia, close enough.

That style of jumping and climbing actually has a name. Its called Parkour and derives from the founder David Belle from France (hence why the frenchy music from Russians). All of the moves actually have names too.
