to install a sleeve properly there has to be a step at the bottom of the bore. i like to leave 3/8" it keeps the sleeve pinned in and prevents it from sliding down. That said you will still have the little chunk missing at the bottom of the bore.
Sleeving it will only distort adjacent cylinders wich will have to be honed increasing the clearance. your probally running a forged piston and i see you running a 6" rod the piston probally has little skirt on at all wich will start making a little noise if your running it to loose.
If your really that worried about it just pick up another block they are all over the place. Id just run it and forget its even there
