Costco or Sam's Club

Been to both, Costco for my preference and also all the above mentioned reasons.

I also never seem to have to wait, plus if you have only a few items, go to the self checkouts that they have now. There is always one open!

I go to Sam's been good to me. I take my kid's there for lunch samples :roll::roll:

Costco for me. I really like how the operate as a business and choose their products. People I know who work there are very happy as well.

This is a good point as well. I know someone who works there as well and always speaks highly of how they run the place and treat employees. He loves it there.

Bloomfield Hills (Square Lake / Telegraph).

When do you go?

Whenever. No particular time. Each time I went I was shocked at how slowly they moved customers through the lines. It was even worse than Meijer, as hard as that is to believe.

They are open until 8:30 on weekdays and 6 on the weekend

Those are terrible hours. Kroger is open until midnight & Meijer is open 24*7.

The other objection I had was the food selection. The fish was all farm raised & the chicken wasn't Amish.

I'm more interested in quality than price, so big box stores generally don't do much for me. :cheers:

I buy groceries and produce at stores that specialize in them. Meijer for most (no problems with lines their either :lol: ) and the fruit market for produce.

Great hours for a big box store, not so much for you and groceries apparently

Quality at Costco is top notched. Awesome return policy as well, no receipt required
