Corvette guys, can you Identify These shocks

We are trying to figure out what the deal is with these shocks. We were told they were part of some kind of special handling option that was put on corvettes. Can anyone tell me what years they fit, what the special package was etc.

dynamic ride control. no idea if they would work on a active suspension c5 though but looking at the age they are probably c6 development parts.could be a ferric fluid or ferric magneto resistive fluid shock.

In the box that these showed up with, was a piece of paper saying these are the newest part numbers for this shock

Do any of these numbers make any sense?

Those part numbers are coming back for a regular Corvette... 97-02
