The only time I've really noticed any kind of control issue is on tight turns. If there are any bumps the car will hop but as long as your not trying to be Mario Andretti taking the corner you'll be fine. To loose control on a straight away you are for sure just a tard.
 
You can see him flick the wheel right before he loses it. Its crazy how accelerating a 500HP car in what looks like 2nd gear AND unsettling the car can lead to what happened.. I'd call that one a case of ham fisting..FWIW the LS3 cars could throttle steer easily out of 2nd gear corners. I hear the Michelins on the Z06 make the car a lot less twitchy than the origina Goodyears that the early LS7 cars had.
