This impact is rated at 260 ft-lbs and is just as powerful as my Snap On CT3850 1/2" impact. It comes with 2 batteries the impact, charger and carrying case. I kept this in my car incase I had to change a flat on the side of the road, it did get used but not very often. Its in excellent condition and both batteries hold a perfect charge at 21.2 volts when fully charged.
